RETURNS POLICY

30 Days Returns On All Online Orders

If you would like to return an item, please get in touch with us, either using our 'Contact Us' page on our website or by email - customerservices@daisychainuk.com.

 

Please ensure you include your Order Number when contacting us.

Returning an unwanted item

​

If you change your mind, you can return your order to us within 30 days, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging with tags. 

 

Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect you will be responsible for the delivery cost of returning unwanted items and for ensuring that the goods arrive in the same condition. We recommend you send them via a delivery service that tracks the parcel or requires a signature, such as recorded or special delivery.

Once the item has been received, we will refund you the cost of the item.

Returning a faulty item

​

If you receive an item that is faulty, please notify us within 7 days either by using our 'Contact Us' form on our website or by emailing us at customerservices@daisychainuk.com. We will replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate.

Please make sure you retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, in case you need to return the item.

If the goods are incorrect, please return them without removing the cellophane wrapper.

Terms & Conditions

Any products which include a free gift with purchase will only be refunded if the free gift with purchase is also returned.
