At Daisy Chain - The Gift Shop, supporting charities is close to our heart. Every 3 months, we will ask our customers to nominate a charity that will benefit by receiving the funds raised. With your help, we will be supporting local charities by pledging to give 50p of all transactions over £9.95 to a nominated local charity!

Our current Nominated Charity for Apr- Jun 2024 is TÅ· Hafan.
TÅ· Hafan, a Welsh Charity, provides a wide range of specialist services for children and young people with life-shortening conditions, while supporting and offering compassion for their loved ones. This specialist care and support greatly improves lives, offers a source of strength and helps families to experience many happy moments together.

In their hospice, and in Welsh communities and family homes, TÅ· Hafan care for the children and young who need them, helping to make their short lives as full as they can be and, when the time comes, provide end-of-life care and ongoing bereavement care.
​
Their specialist support also extends to parents, siblings and other family members, offering personalised support to give them strength, make treasured memories together and improve their quality of life.
By helping us to support TÅ· Hafan you can help make sure that no family lives their child’s short life alone.
